ABS Facility Services, LLC began providing Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services, as well as Commissioning/Plan and Spec services in January of 2017. Certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau* (N.E.B.B) the company’s first and foremost objective has been a focus on creating and maintaining prosperous clientele relationships using a fully transparent business model coupled with an exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction. Specializing in building diagnostics/resolution services of forced-air and hydronic systems alike, the company quickly became known around the DFW Metroplex as a reputable source of TAB work. This carried the company’s name into 2018 as a reliable source for troubleshooting problematic Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and has continued to do so since then.
Our Promise
With that increased reputation came more opportunities, enabling ABS Facility Services, LLC to begin taking on larger projects, encompassing school districts, industrial manufacturing plants, and more prolifically, well-known medical districts in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. By 2019, the company had both proven and improved its expertise, furthering trust with existing clients, and its reputation with potential ones. Our owner
Albert Peralez has over 30 years of dedicated field service in the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing business. His comprehension of building designs, systems and controls alike propelled him to a level of trust had with his past employers that allowed him to take lead in almost every operation or project. Having traveled to Afghanistan, Germany and Mexico, as well as many of the states in the U.S. to perform his work, he graciously served his past employers and helped establish their name(s), around the world, as well as his own. Now with his own company, he continues to uphold and deliver the same promises and values that got him to where he is today.
